Thank you for visiting Moonstone Magic (Trade - Monika Nigam). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of your orders. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders. Delivery is estimated to take 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 3-4 days of the purchase date. If 3-4 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on gift cards or downloadable software products. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at moonstonemagic777@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back to us.
